二茂铁配体合成及其催化反应研究

摘要 从[1-(2-二苯基膦-二茂铁基)-乙基]-二甲基胺出发,制备出3-[1-(2-二苯基膦-二茂铁基)-乙基]-1-甲基-3H-咪唑鎓碘盐(Ⅲ),总收率为75%;通过1H NMR和31P NMR对配体Ⅲ的结构进行了表征;研究了Pd(OAc)2/配体Ⅲ体系催化Suzuki-Miyaura偶联反应的活性及反应机理。 3-[1-( 2-Diphenylphosphanyl ferrocene)-ethyl]-1-methyl-3H-imidazol-1-ium iodide( Ⅲ) wasprepared with [1-( 2-diphenylphosphine-ferrocenyl)-ethyl]-dimethylamine with the overall yield of 75%. The structure of 3-[1-( 2-diphenylphosphanyl ferrocene)-ethyl]-1-methyl-3H-imidazol-1-ium iodide( Ⅲ) was characterized by 1H NMR and 31 PNMR techniques,and the activity of Pd( OAc) 2 /3-[1-( 2-diphenylphosphanyl ferrocene)-ethyl]-1-methyl-3H-imidazol-1-ium iodide( Ⅲ) system in catalyzing Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling reaction and the mechanism of Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling reaction catalyzed by Pd( OAc) 2 /3-[1-( 2-diphenylphosphanyl ferrocene)-ethyl]-1-methyl-3H-imidazol-1-ium iodide( Ⅲ)system were studied.
