面对低迷的市场，我国船舶工业的产能利用率依然处于低位，距合理水平还有较大差距。通过供给侧结构性改革去除过剩产能和高财务杠杆，仍是中长期内船舶工业改革的重点。

China shipbuilding industry has been in the market downturn since 2008 when international financial crisis broke out. At present, the industry remains on the periodic bottom area, enterprise capital abundance declines remarkably and its credit risk is increasing year by year.
