Lack of strength remains for global economic development recovery, growth of developed economies such as Europe and the US is continuously low, and emerging economies such as Asia and Latin America suffer sharp growth reduction. Although Chinese economic development is still in the reasonable operation track, economic downturn pressure remains heavy in the global weak economic development.
