基于定性与定量检测的火工品剩余寿命预测方法

摘要 针对火工品加速寿命试验及检测只对其整体进行,没有与火工药剂在相同条件下的性能变化相结合的问题,设计了火工品和火工药剂的步降应力加速寿命试验方案,以提高试验效率、扩大寿命预测的信息量。通过对试验后火工品和火工药剂的定性与定量检测,建立火工品可靠度变化曲线和火工药剂性能退化曲线,将两者相结合得到火工品失效判据及剩余寿命预测模型。实例分析表明,该方法降低了寿命预测的难度和工作量。 To increase life expectancy information and to solve the accelerate life test and detection only for initiating explosive device, the step down stress accelerated life test of initiating explosive device and initiating explosive charge was proposed. Through qualitative and quantitative detection, the reliability change curve of initiating explosive device and degeneration curve of charge were obtained. Then the initiating explosive device residual life budget model was estabilished based on the combination of degeneration curve and failure criterion. The analysis of example indicates that this method can reduce the difficulty and workload of the life prediction.
