喀什是我国新疆南疆地区唯一的国家级特殊经济开发区,文化特色鲜明,具有世界品质的刀郎文化以及帕米尔高原风情都蕴育在这片沃土上,这是喀什特色文化产业的发展资本。同时鉴于喀什还是祖国反恐维稳前沿阵地的这一实情,决定了喀什特色文化产业发展必须遵循先要注重社会效益,其次才是经济效益的范式。文章通过客观分析喀什特色文化产业现状,提出其发展的应对措施。

Kashgar is the only national special economic area in the south of Xinjiang, and is featured by its distinctive cultures such as the world - class culture of Doran, the Pamirs, which set the foundation for the de- velopment of the cultural industries in Kashgar. Meanwhile, Kashgar is also the frontier of anti - terrorism of China, both of which determine that the development of cultural industries in Kashgar must put the social ben- efits prior to economic ones. This article analyzes the current status of the cultural industries in Kashgar, and makes a brief description of its promotion measures as well.
