摘要
通过D-半乳糖(1 200 mg/kg bw)致衰老模型小鼠试验,首次研究尼罗罗非鱼胶原蛋白延缓皮肤衰老的作用。以胶原蛋白(2 000 mg/kg bw)灌胃8周后,小鼠脏器(肝、脾、胸腺)指数显著增加;皮肤羟脯氨酸(Hyp)含量和抗氧化酶(SOD、GSH-Px)活性显著提高;皮肤MDA含量显著降低;表皮、真皮组织结构明显改观;胶原纤维和弹性纤维数量明显增加,排列形态明显改善。这表明胶原蛋白灌胃显著提高了D-半乳糖致衰老模型小鼠的皮肤质量,有效延缓了皮肤的衰老进程。
The effect of Nile tilapia(Oreochromis niloticus) collagen on delaying skin ageing was investigated in this study, using D-galactose-induced(1 200 mg/kg bw) mouse ageing models. After intragastric administration of collagen(2 000 mg/kg bw) for 8 weeks, the organ(liver, spleen, thymus) index, hydroxyproline(Hyp) content and antioxidase(SOD、 GSH-Px) activities in skin were significantly increased. The MDA content in skin was significantly decreased.The structure of epidermis and dermis was obviously meliorated. Besides, the quantity and morphology of collagenous fiber and elastic fiber in dermis were also markedly mended. These results indicated that collagen could significantly improve the skin quality and delay the skin ageing.
