某凹版软包装印刷厂工程整改后职业病危害分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的识别、检测某凹版软包装印刷厂的职业病危害因素,分析工程整改后职业病危害的变化,评估工程整改效果,为企业和监管部门提供科学依据。方法通过现场卫生学调查和现场检测,得出整改前后作业场所职业病危害因素浓度或强度,评价有针对性的系统工程整改对作业场所职业病危害污染的改善效果。结果整改前该厂作业工人接触的有毒化学物质超标较重,苯CTWA超标3.42倍,CSTEL超标1.87倍;乙酸乙酯CTWA超标1.33倍,CSTEL超标1.48倍。整改后上述有毒化学物浓度明显降低,达到职业接触限值要求;整改后噪声强度有所降低。结论有毒化学物质超标的印刷厂,经系统工程整改后,企业生产过程中产生的职业病危害因素得到有效预防和控制。 Objective To identify and test occupational hazards in one gravure flexible packaging print plant,analyse changing of occupational hazards after engineering rectification,evaluate effect of the changing,that kind of work would benefit for related print plants and occupational health administrate department. Methods Field investigation and detection of occupational hazards were applied. Results Before engineering rectification,benzene's CTWAwas 3. 42 times of national standard,benzene's CSTELwas 1. 87 times of national standard; ethyl acetate's CTWAwas 1. 33 times of national standard,CSTELwas 1. 48 times of national standard. After engineering rectification,toxic chemicals' concentration were obviously lower than before,and lower than national standard; noise contact strength were lower than before. Conclusion Print plant of high toxic chemicals' concentration,which occupational hazards can be prevented and controlled after systemic engineering rectification.
