摘要
目的探讨工作场所空气中低苯酚的全自动流动注射化学分析方法。方法工作场所空气中的苯酚被0.2 g/L碳酸钠溶液吸收后,用多通道全自动流动注射分析仪,经在线蒸馏的方法使挥发性酚蒸馏,并与干扰物质和固定剂分离,被蒸馏出的酚,在p H为10.0±0.2的介质中,在铁氰化钾的存在下,与4-氨基安替比啉反应生成橙红色的安替比啉染料,在510 nm的波长下被检测。结果在浓度为2.0-200.0μg/L范围内呈线性关系,r≥0.999 9,方法检出限为0.14μg/L,最低检出浓度为0.01 mg/m3(以采集7.5 L空气样品计)。相对标准偏差为0.10%-2.34%,加标回收率98.2%-101.0%。结论该法操作简便、灵敏度高、检出限低、检测时间短,适用于实验室大批量低浓度样品的检测。
Objective To study the phenol in the air of workplace by flow injection analysis. Methods Phenol in the air was absorbed by 0. 2 g / L sodium carbonate solution and then was analyzed by multichannel injection analysis,online distillation was applied to distill the volatile phenol,separated from interfering substance and fixing agent,in the medium of p H10. 0 ± 0. 2 and the presence of potassium ferricyanide,with aminoantipyrine reactin,generated orange- red antipyrine dye,tested under the wavelength of 510 nm. Results The linear range of the method was 2. 0 μg / L- 200. 0 μg / L( r ≥0. 999 9),the detection limit was 0. 14 μg / L,minimum detection concentration was 0. 01 mg / m3( in 7. 5 L air samples),the relative standard deviation was 0. 10%- 2. 34%,and the recovery was 98. 2%- 101. 0%. Conclusion The method is more simple and rapid in operation,highly sensitive,with low detection limit,testing time is short,It is suitable for the laboratory testing of large quantities of sample.
