摘要
目的了解中山市正常体检人群的高血压前期(P-HTN)及合并糖脂代谢异常检出情况。方法收集中山市某健康体检中心2014年1月至2015年9月3 900例受测人员的体检档案,并剔除其中900例高血压患者的档案。比较所有患者高血压前期(P-HTN)及合并糖脂代谢异常检出情况等。结果高血压前期检出率在不同年龄段男性均高于女性,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.01);女性随着年龄段的增加,高血压前期检出率也随之增加。糖脂代谢异常检出率在25-29岁、40-44岁、55-60岁等年龄段对比,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.01);在35-39岁年龄段,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。女性随着年龄段的增加,其糖脂代谢异常检出率也随之增加。高血压前期组受测人员糖脂代谢异常数显著性大于正常血压组糖脂代谢异常数,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论高血压前期人群糖脂代谢异常检出率高于正常血压人群;中年女性人群,高血压前期和糖代谢异常的检出率随年龄的增加而增加。中年男性高血压前期检出率全年龄段均高于女性,糖脂代谢异常检出率仅个别年龄段男性大于女性。
Objective To understand the Zhongshan normal physical examination population prehypertension( P- HTN)and the combined abnormal lipid metabolism in detection. Methods The medical records of 3900 patients who were admitted to a hospital from January 2014 to September 2015 were collected,and 900 patients with hypertension were excluded.All patients with prehypertension( P- HTN) and lipid metabolism with abnormal detection etc were compared. Results The detection rate of prehypertension in men of different ages were higher than women,with statistical significance( P〈0. 01); women with increasing age,the detection rate of prehypertension increased. The detection rate of abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism in 25- 29 years,40- 44 years,55- 60 years and so there were significant age difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 01); there were obvious differences in the 35- 39 years old,with statistical significance( P〈0. 05). Women with increasing age,the detection rate of abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism increased. Prehypertension group of subjects who lipid metabolism was significantly greater than the number of normal blood glucose and lipid metabolism group number,the significant difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 01). Conclusion Prehypertension crowd detection rate of abnormal glucose lipid metabolism are higher than normotensive population; middle- aged female population,the rate of of prehypertension and detection of abnormal glucose metabolism increases with age. Early detection rate of middle- aged men with hypertension are higher than females of all ages,only individual male of lipid metabolism abnormality detection rate are higher than females.
