Planning and Practice: Integration of Suzhou Rail Transit with Ground Transportation

加强轨道交通与地面交通衔接,有利于充分发挥轨道交通系统的骨干作用,实现城市交通系统的一体化。从苏州轨道交通发展现状出发,梳理总结了轨道交通与地面交通一体化规划的主要思路,全面评估轨道交通1、2号线的规划实施情况,结合典型站点总结归纳轨道交通站点设施一体化规划的成功经验,最后针对城市轨道交通与地面交通一体化规划建设有待完善的方面,结合实践经验从规划体系和实施保障等方面提出合理化建议。

Strengthening the relation between rail transit and ground transportation can help to fully implement the key function of rail transit and realize the integration of the urban traffic systems. Firstly,in terms of the current situation of the development of the Suzhou rail transit,the paper summarizes the main ideas of integrated planning of rail transit and ground transportation,and presents an overall assessment on the planning and implementation of the Lines 1 and 2 for Suzhou rail transit. Then,the paper introduces the successful experiences of a typical case station on integrated planning of rail station facilities. Finally,according to the integrated planning and construction of urban rail transit and ground transportation,the author puts forward some reasonable suggestions from the practical experiences of some cases on planning system and implementation guarantee.
