摘要
对不同层次轨道交通的人才培养模式、人力资源开发、教育教学改革、考核评价等方面存在的问题进行探究,以京津冀区域为例分析轨道交通发展规模、人才需求及培养现状,对轨道交通人才培养的层次、区域性分别进行阐述,提出推行个性化职业教育定制服务、学习者自助"菜单式"订购课程的教育教学改革,由政府主导、院校及培训机构为实施主体、企业参与"三位一体"的方式共同建立完善的考核评价体系,搭建区域性心理健康维护平台等人才培养创新策略。
This paper explores the problems in the training mode,human resource development,education and teaching reform,performance evaluation of rail transit personnel at different levels. Taking the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolitan region as an example,this paper analyzes the development scale,talent demand and training status of rail transit personnel. Different levels of training and training for different regions are elaborated. A customized education service scheme for vocational education is put forward,whose " menu-style" services allowlearners to order individualized courses in a self-service way. The scheme involves " three parties",that is,the government,the leader of the scheme,the institutions of higher learning and training institutions,the implementation body of the scheme and the enterprises,as well as the participants of the scheme. An effective and reasonable evaluation system for personnel training is expected to be established with the participation of the three parties. A regional mental health maintenance platform is also proposed.
