摘要
介绍盖挖逆作车站的做法以及地下4层盖挖逆作车站结构设计需重点研究的抗浮、侧墙顶拉弯应力控制、钢管柱受力控制、钢管柱施工误差控制、中间桩与边桩差异沉降控制等5个关键问题,并结合合肥轨道交通1号线大东门站地下4层盖挖逆作车站设计实例进行研究,得出采用板墙隼槽连接、AM桩、HPE液压垂直插入钢管柱工法等措施,可以很好地解决上述5个问题,相关研究结果可供类似工程参考。
The process of covered top-down excavation method and five key issues including anti-floating,tension bending stress control of side wall,force control of steel tube column,construction error control of steel pipe column,control of differential settlement between piles and side piles,are introduced for the structure design of a 4-storey underground station constructed by the covered topdown excavation method. Taking the structure design of Dadongmen station,Hefei Rail Transit Line 1 as an example,a 4-storey underground station built by the covered top-down excavation method,the author presents suggestions to solve the five problems,such as the wall mortise connection,AMpile,HPE hydraulic vertical insertion steel pipe column method and so on. The solutions put forward in the paper can be referenced for similar projects.
