Effect of PSTC Nursing Course on Delirium Prevention in ICU Patients

目的观察PSTC护理套餐在ICU谵妄预防中的应用效果。方法我院自2015年10月开始实施针对ICU谵妄预防的PSTC护理套餐模式,选择实施前（2015年3月～9月）和实施后（2015年10月～2016年3月）收治于ICU的患者各40例作为研究对象。对实施前后的各相关观察指标进行比较分析。结果实施后ICU谵妄发生率显著低于实施前（P〈0.05）,实施后护士满意度和患者满意度均显著高于实施前（P〈0.05）。结论采用基于ICU谵妄预防的PSTC护理套餐对ICU住院患者实施干预,可显著降低其ICU谵妄发生率,提高护士及患者对护理服务模式的满意度。

Objective Analysis of the application effect of PSTC nursing in the prevention of delirium in ICU packages.Methods Our hospital started for ICU delirium prevention of PSTC care packages selection model since October 2015,before the implementation（March 2015 to September）and after（October 2015 to March 2016）from the ICU of the 40 cases of patients as the research object,carries on the comparative analysis before and after the implementation of the relevant observation index.Results Delirium after the implementation of ICU patients after intervention was significantly lower than that before the implementation of the same object of observation,after the implementation of nurse satisfaction and patient satisfaction score values were significantly higher than those before（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The PSTC package ICU delirium prevention nursing intervention on hospitalized patients based on ICU,can significantly reduce the incidence rate of delirium in ICU,improve the nurses and patients satisfaction of nursing service mode.
