平衡火罐法联合三伏天督灸对阳虚体质的护理研究

Nursing Research of Balance Cupping Combined with Du Moxibustion in Canicular Days in the Treatment of Patients with Yang Deficiency Constitution

目的探讨平衡火罐法联合三伏天督灸对阳虚体质的护理效果。方法选择2015年2月～2016年8月我院治未病科和康复科门诊收治的阳虚体质患者100例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组于暑夏三伏天行天灸治疗。观察组于暑夏三伏天行平衡火罐法联合督灸治疗。比较两组阳虚体质转化分变化情况和治疗有效率。结果两组治疗后,阳虚体质转化分均较治疗前显著下降（P〈0.05）。观察组治疗后阳虚体质转化分为（31.71±3.65）分,对照组为（46.43±4.12）分,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组治疗总有效率为88%,显著高于对照组72%（P〈0.05）。结论较之单纯运用天灸,平衡火罐法联合三伏天督灸治疗阳虚体质具有更好的效果。在联合运用中,要注重患者的健康教育和饮食指导与情志调护,鼓励患者适当运动。

Objective to study the nursing effect of balance cupping combined with du moxibustion in canicular days in the treatment of patients with Yang deficiency constitution.Methods 100 patients with Yang deficiency constitution treated by the terminal disease center and Department of rehabilitation in Shaoguan Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2015- August 2016 were divided into control group（n=50）and observation group（n=50）according to the random number table method.The observation group were treated by the Balance Cupping Combined with du moxibustion in canicular days while control group only treated by the du moxibustion in canicular days.The physical transformation score of Yang deficiency changes before and after treatment and the treatment efficiency of the two groups were compared.Results the physical transformation score of Yang deficiency in the observation group and the control group after treatment was significantly decreased compared with before treatment（P〈0.05）.The physical transformation of Yang deficiency of the observation group and the control group after treatment were（31.71＋3.65）points,（46.43＋4.12）respectively,which was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 88%,72%respectively,which was statistically significantly（P〈0.05）.Conclusion compared with the simply using days moxibustion,balance cupping combined with du moxibustion in treating yang deficiency constitution patients has a better effect.Nursing should pay attention to patients＇ health education,dietary guidance,psychological care,and encourage patients exercise.
