产科病房开展新生儿智护训练项目的效果研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨产科病房开展新生儿智护训练的效果。方法选取我科2015年7月~9月出生满24h的新生儿218例作为研究对象,将家属自愿申请智护训练的新生儿112例作为实验组。家属未申请智护训练的新生儿106例作为对照组。实验组进行新生儿智护训练,并让家属参与。对照组采用常规护理。观察两组新生儿反应、睡眠、奶量、排便情况及新生儿家属满意度,并进行比较。结果实验组新生儿家属满意度明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);实验组新生儿反应、睡眠、奶量、排便均优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论产科病房开展新生儿智护训练对提高新生儿家属满意度及提高新生儿智力具有重要意义。 Objective Discuss the effect of neonatal intellectual protection training in maternity ward.Methods Choose from July 2015 to September 2015 newborns born 218 cases as the research object,Families will voluntarily apply for 112 cases with neonatal care training as experimental group,Without family members apply for intellectual training as a control group of 106 cases of newborn.Nursing staff of the experimental group newborns wisdom training,let family members and invited to participate in;The control group newborn take routine nursing.Results Nursing satisfaction in experimental group is significantly higher than control group(P〈0.05),Experimental reaction of newborn babies,sleep,milk,defecation were superior to control group,comparing the two groups have significant difference(P〈0.01).Conclusion Neonatal intellectual protection training in Maternity ward can improve newborn family member satisfaction and improve neonatal intelligence is of great significance.
