分级管理模式在门诊结核病患者规范化管理中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨分级管理模式在门诊结核病患者规范化管理中的应用效果。方法选取2014年6-12月在结核病控制项目门诊建档并治疗的结核病患者241例,按照建档时间顺序随机分为常规组80例、强化组80例和分级组81例,并观察3组的管理效果。结果服药依从性分级管理组和强化管理组优于常规管理组,差异有统计学意义( P〈0.05);护士访视时间分级管理组优于强化管理组,差异有统计学意义( P〈0.05);满意度调查分级组患者的态度及满意度均优于常规组和强化组,差异有统计学意义( P〈0.05)。结论分级管理模式在结核病患者管理中的应用,能提高患者的管理质量、缩短访视时间、提高护士的工作效率及患者的满意度。 Objective To investigate the application effect of level-to-level management mode in the standard-ized management of clinic tuberculosis patient. Methods A total of 241 tuberculosis patients archived and cured from June to December, 2014 in tuberculosis control project clinic were selected and divided into 3 groups according to ar-chiving time randomly. Regular management (n=80), strengthening management (n=80) and level-to-level manage-ment (n=81) were conducted, and the management effect of the three groups was observed. Results The drug thera-py compliance of level-to-level management group and strengthening group was superior to that of regular management group (P〈0. 05). Nurse visiting time of level-to-level management group was superior to that of strengthening group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P〈0. 05 ) . The attitude and satisfaction of patients in level-to-level group was superior to that of regular group and strengthening group through satisfaction survey, and the difference was statisti-cally significant ( P〈0. 05 ) . Conclusion The application of level-to-level management mode can improve the manage-ment quality of patients, shorten visiting time, improve the working efficiency of nurse and improve the satisfaction of patients.
