摘要
随着科技的不断发展,高性能的复合材料得到了越来越广泛的应用。无机盐晶须材料作为新一代复合材料增强剂,在各种耐热耐磨阻燃环保复合材料中发挥着独特作用。硼酸镁晶须以其优越的物化性能,对于改造传统材料产业,提高复合材料产品的技术含量和附加值,推动材料行业的转型升级,均具有非常重要现实意义。文章就硼酸镁晶须合成工艺和应用研究领域中涉及的工艺难点和工程化实施的障碍,进行分析研究。
With the continuous development of science and technology, high - performance composite material has been more and more widely used. As a new generation of composite material enhancer, inorganic salt whisker material played a unique role in a variety of heat- resistant, wear -resistant and flame -retardant composite material. Magnesium borate whisker has great practical significance for improving the traditional material industry, improving the technical content and add- ed value of composite material and promoting the transformation and upgrading of the material indus- try with its superior physical and chemical properties. In the paper, it was analyzed that the process of magnesium borate whisker synthesis process and application of the difficulties involved in the process and engineering implementation of the obstacles and pointed out the next step direction.
