摘要
煤是化学组成及粒度都很不均匀的大宗固体物料,要从大量的煤中,采制出少量样品要能代表这批煤的平均质量,具有很大难度,它必须遵循一定的原则与采用科学方法。煤质特性检测结果的可靠性,取决于采样、制样、分析三个环节的完成情况,它们是相互联系又相对独立的在三部分,对煤质检测结果的影响来说,以采样最大(80%),制样次之(16%),而分析测试最小(4%)。所以,对煤质检测人员来说,单纯能按标准或规程进行检测操作是不够的。只有熟悉并掌握煤质特性方面的基础知识和采、制、化三个环节的操作要点,学会并能应用检测质量控制的原理与方法,才能保证煤质检测质量,对提高煤质检测水平具有十分重要的意义,用户才能够根据煤的不同的用途进行相关指标的分析检验,为生产提供可靠的分析数据。
Coal is a large quantity of solid material with chemical composition and grain size unevenness. It is very difficult to produce a small amount of sample from a large amount of coal. It must be able to represent the average quality of the coal, which must follow certain principle and a- dopt science. The reliability of the coal quality test result depends on the completion of sampling, sample preparation and analysis, which is interrelated and relatively independent in three parts. The influence of the coal quality test result is based on the sampling maximum (80%), the sample preparation (16%), while the analysis of the smallest test (4%). So it is not enough for the coal testing operation personnel simply by the standard or procedure. It has very important meaning to improve the quality of coal testing, which is only knowing and mastering the basic knowledge of coal properties and the three aspects of the operational elements of mining, learning and can apply the principles and methods of quality control testing in order to ensure the quality of coal quality testing. Then it can be according to the different purpose of coal related indicators of the analysis test to pro- vide reliable analysis of production data.
