摘要
[目的]分析东北红豆杉在引种地新疆石河子的耐旱性。[方法]通过6个处理的干旱胁迫试验,分别取样分析测定叶绿素、游离脯氨酸(Pro)、丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性糖(SS)含量,以及根系活力、土壤含水率等生理生化指标。[结果]结果表明,水分胁迫持续,东北红豆杉植株叶片叶绿素总量呈现下降趋势;干旱胁迫持续时间越长,对东北红豆杉叶片内叶绿素含量影响越大。水分胁迫越严重,东北红豆杉叶片内游离脯氨酸含量越大。水分胁迫程度越大,对东北红豆杉叶片膜脂过氧化作用越严重。水分胁迫使东北红豆杉体内可溶性糖含量增多,吸水能力增加。水分胁迫初期,东北红豆杉根系活力受到的影响不大。随着胁迫持续时间的延长,根系活力受影响越大。灌水量越少,红豆杉根系活力越小。随着灌水量减少,东北红豆杉栽培土壤含水量依次递减。[结论]东北红豆杉是耐旱能力较强、忌涝的树种。
[Objective] The aim was to analyze the drought tolerance of Taxus cuspidata in Shihezi of Xinjiang. [Method] The six treatments of drought stress test, respectively, were sampled in the analysis of physiological and biochemical indexes of determination of free proline (pro), soluble sugar (SS), malondialdehyde (MDA), chlorophyll content, and root activity, soil water content. [Result] The results showed that: water stress tested Taxus cuspidata leaf chlorophyll content showed a downward trend; drought stress duration was longer, of Taxus cuspidata leaf chlorophyll content was bigger. The more severe water stress, the greater the free proline content in the leaves of Taxus cuspidata. The greater the degree of water stress, the more severe the membrane lipid peroxidation of the leaves of Taxus cuspidata. Water stress increased the content of soluble sugar in the body of Taxus cuspidata, and increased the water absorption capacity of Taxus cuspldata. The early stage of water stress had little effect on the root activity. With the extension of the duration of water stress, the greater the effect of root activity. The less the amount of irrigation, the less the root activity of the root. With the decrease of irrigation amount, the soil water content of Taxus cuspidata decreased. [Conclusion] Taxus cuspidata had strong drought resistant ability and avoids waterlogging.
