我国企业并购面临的问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Enterprise M & A in China

近年来,我国市场环境的优化及国家相关政策的支持,推动了并购市场的快速发展,企业的并购日益活跃。在新经济常态下,并购可以提高企业经济效益。但是目前大多数企业并购仍面临很多问题,一定程度上影响了企业的并购绩效及长远发展。本文结合我国并购实践,深入研究了现阶段我国企业并购面临的问题,并提出了相应的对策建议。

In recent years,with increasingly optimizational market and support from national policies,the merging market is developing fast,and acquisition among companies is becoming more popular. Under the new economic normality. MA is beneficial to enlarge enterprises＇ scale,optimize the allocation of resource,improve economic benefits. However,there are still several merging problems faced by almost enterprises,which has influenced on merging performance and development in the future. This article studies challenges of MA faced by Chinese enterprises recently,and offers corresponding suggestions.
