泥浆脉冲发生器活塞往复运动密封装置设计

摘要 无线随钻泥浆脉冲发生器活塞往复运动密封装置在高温和高压环境下工作,既要保证密封可靠,使用寿命长,又要运动平稳,防止运动不平稳卡死。介绍了活塞往复运动密封装置结构,给出了核心部件主阀筒、活塞和耐磨套的设计。利用Y型密封圈的自密封作用,一对Y型密封圈背靠背安装在活塞上,做双向密封。主阀筒内装有耐磨套和弹簧,活塞通过螺纹跟信号阀杆连接。在井下工作时,在泥浆压力和弹簧的作用下,信号阀杆带动活塞在该往复运动密封装置内做往复运动,活塞在耐磨套内运动,其范围不会超出耐磨套长度。现场试验该密封装置未曾发生泄漏现象,密封效果良好。 Piston reciprocating motion sealing device for the mud pulse generator in wireless measurement while drilling worked under high temperature and high pressure environment. It was necessary to ensure not only reliable sealing and long service life,but also a stable movement to prevent the stuck movement of the uneven stability. The structure of the piston reciprocating seal device was introduced,and the core component of the main valve cylinder,piston and wear resistant sleeve were designed. Using the self-sealing effect of Y-ring,a pair of Y-ring was mounted on the piston back to back,two-way seal. The main valve cylinder was provided with a wear-resistant sleeve and a spring,and the piston was connected with the signal valve stem through a screw thread. The piston was drive by the signal valve rod to do reciprocating motion in the reciprocating motion sealing device under the action of the mud pressure and the spring under the well. The piston can move within the wear resistant sleeve,and the range of the piston cannot exceed the length of the wear resistant sleeve. The field logging test had not leakage phenomenon. The sealing effect was good.
