摘要
目前常用的双侧向探头存在绝缘值持续下降、芯轴易弯曲变形,端面密封处漏油等问题。为了解决上述问题并满足在薄层、薄互层地层和盐水泥浆高对比度环境下测井的需要,新研制出一种耐腐蚀、压簧平衡活塞式、便于使用维修的高分辨率双侧向探头。对芯轴连接方式、压力平衡系统,电极引线与接触方式等关键技术进行了阐述,描述了其结构特点并列出其性能指标,最后通过测井实验、与标准曲线对比,证明了仪器的可靠性及可推广性。
The problems of the insulating value continuing to decline,the principal axis bending deformation and the oil leaking exist commonly in dual laterolog sonde during actual logging operation. In order to solve the problems and meet the demands of environment such as the thin layer,the thin inter bed formation and the high-contrast brine mud,a high resolution dual laterolog sonde has been developed with the structure of using conveniently,easy maintenance,and corrosion resistance against H2S and balance of compress spring and piston. The key technology such as the principal axis connections,the pressure balance system,the electrode leads and the contact way were described.Its performance index was listed with its structure characteristics. Through logging experiment and comparing with standard curve,the reliability of the instrument was proved.
