深层天然气裸眼水平井分层多级大规模压裂诊断技术

摘要 针对近年深层火山岩勘探目标从徐中区块向安达、肇州及徐东区块转移,并逐步进入在常家围子、古龙莺山和双城断陷。但受储层物性条件差、区域构造条件复杂影响,压裂改造难度进一步增大,增产效果不明显。以往垂直井压后单井产量低,压后一般日产气小于二万方,较难实现产能突破。通过水平钻井方式,达到提高储层动用程度目的。通过对水平井裸眼井段开展分段压裂试验,提高单井产能,探索深层气水平井裸眼管外封隔器滑套式多段压裂工艺,探索深层气水平井大规模压裂施工工艺,开展与裸眼分段压裂相配套的地面流程及现场施工工艺试验。初步形成了以设计优化、现场施工控制技术及配液压裂组织保障等的综合控制技术措施,有效保证了该类复杂储层大规模施工目标的实现,提高了改造效果。进一步配套了大庆油田深层火山岩水平井复杂岩性增产工艺,也为同类气藏的压裂开发提供了借鉴。 In recent years,the exploration target of deep extrusive rock transferred from Xu Zhong block to Anda,Zhaozhou and Xu Dong block,and gradually enters Changjiaweizi,Gulong Yingshan and Shuangcheng fault depression. But affected by the bad conditions in reservoir physical property and complicated regional tectonic conditions,the difficulties of fracture reconstruction has further increased,which makes the yield-increasing effect unapparent. The well production rate of vertical well after killing in the past is low and the general daily gas after killing is less than twenty thousand cubic meters,which means the capacity is more difficult to achieve a breakthrough. While through the horizontal well drilling method,the purpose of improving producing reservoirs is achieved. Through the partition fracturing test to the open hole of the horizontal well section,the well production rate can be improved. And also,the sliding sleeve type partition fracturing process of open hole packer and the large scale fracturing construction technology of deep gas horizontal well can be explored,so that the surface process flow and site construction technology test matching with the open partition fracturing can be developed. Integrated control technology measures of design optimization,site construction control technology and fluid distribution fracturing guarantee are initially formed,which can effectively guarantee the realization of the large-scale construction target of such kind of complex reservoirs,and improve the transformation effect. What's more,the process for increasing production of complex lithology of deep volcanic rock horizontal well in Daqing Oilfield is also matched,and the reference for fracturing development of similar gas reservoirs is also provided.
