探讨多指标联合检测对诊断手足口病的意义

Investigation of significance of multi-index combined detection for diagnosis of hand-foot-and-mouth disease

目的探讨多种实验室检测指标对诊断手足口病的意义。方法对625例确诊的手足口病患儿血液标本进行实验室数据的回顾性分析,观察结果。结果 210例手足口病患儿进行谷丙转氨酶(ALT)检测,结果显示22例升高,升高比例10.5%;121例进行谷草转氨酶(AST)检测,19例升高,升高比例15.7%;134例进行葡萄糖(GLU)检测,35例升高,升高比例26.1%;151例进行C反应蛋白(CRP)检测,58例升高,升高比例38.4%。197例进行白细胞(WBC)计数检测的患儿中80例升高,升高比例40.6%;197例单核细胞百分比(MO%)检测患儿中107例升高,升高比例54.3%;197例淋巴细胞百分比(LY%)检测中102例患儿以降低为主,比例为51.8%;197例中性粒细胞百分比(NU%)检测中38例开高,比例为19.3%。277例患儿进行免疫指标肠道病毒71型免疫球蛋白M(EV71-Ig M)抗体检测,40例为阳性,阳性率为14.4%;127例进行呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)检测,10例阳性,阳性率为7.9%。结论多个实验室指标联合检测对于提高手足口病诊断符合率有重要的提示作用。

Objective To investigate significance of multi-index combined detection for diagnosis of hand-foot-and-mouth disease. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on laboratory data of blood samples from 625 children with diagnosed hand-foot-and-mouth disease to observe their outcomes. Results Alanine transaminase （ALT） detection in 210 cases with hand-foot-and-mouth disease showed 22 increasing cases, accounting for 10.5%. Aspartate aminotransferase （AST） detection in 121 cases showed 19 increasing cases, accounting for 15.7%. Glucose （GLU） detection in 134 cases showed 35 increasing cases, accounting for 26.1%. C-reactive protein （CRP） detection in 151 cases showed 58 increasing Cases, accounting for 38.4%. White blood cell （WBC） count detection in 197 cases showed 80 increasing cases, accounting for 40.6%. Monocyte percentage （MO%） detection in 197 cases showed 107 increasing cases, accounting for 54.3%. Lymphocyte percentage （LY%） detection in 197 cases showed 102 decreasing cases, accounting for 51.8%. Neutrophilic granulocyte percentage （NU%） detection in 197 cases showed 38 increasing cases, accounting for 19.3%. Immunity index enterovirus 71 immunoglobulin M （EV71-IgM） antibody detection in 277 cases showed 40 positive cases, with positive rate as 14.4%. Respiratory syncytial virus （RSV） detection in 127 cases showed 10 positive cases, with positive rate as 7.9%. Conclusion Multi-index combined detection provides important indicating effect for improving diagnostic accordance rate of hand-foot-and-mouth disease.
