比较胆宁片与熊去氧胆酸治疗胆囊结石的疗效及安全性

Comparison of curative effects and safety between Danning tablets and ursodesoxycholic acid in the treatment of cholecystolithiasis

目的分析比较胆宁片与熊去氧胆酸治疗胆囊结石的疗效及安全性。方法 90例胆囊结石患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组45例。实验组患者采用胆宁片进行治疗,对照组患者采用熊去氧胆酸进行治疗,分析比较两组临床治疗效果及安全性。结果两组患者经过3个月的治疗后,实验组患者治疗痊愈21例(46.67%),有效21例(46.67%),无效3例(6.67%),总有效42例(93.33%);对照组患者治疗痊愈13例(28.89%),有效21例(46.67%),无效11例(24.44%),总有效34例(75.56%)。实验组临床治疗总有效率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在服药过程中虽然出现了不同程度的不良反应,但两组患者均可坚持服药完成全部治疗,没有发生导致治疗中断与危及生命体征的不良反应。结论胆宁片治疗胆囊结石的临床疗效明显好于熊去氧胆酸,两种药物都具有很高的安全性,可在临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze and compare curative effects and safety between Danning tablets and ursodesoxycholic acid in the treatment of cholecystolithiasis. Methods A total of 90 patients with cholecystolithiasis were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with d5 cases in each group. The experimental group received Danning tablets for treatment, and the control group received ursodesoxycholic acid instead. Clinical effects and safety were compared between the two groups. Results After 3-month treatment, the experimental group had 21 cured cases （46.67%）, 21 effective cases （46.67%）, and 3 ineffective cases （6.67%）, with 42 total effective cases （93.33%）, while the control group had 13 cured cases （28.89%）, 21 effective cases （46.67%）, and 11 ineffective cases （24.44%）, with 34 total effective cases （75.56%）. The experimental group had obviously better total effective rate in clinical treatment than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Both groups had completed treatment course in spite of various adverse reactions, and there was no adverse reactions leading to suspend treatment or vital risk. Conclusion Dunning tablets shows obviously better clinical effect in treating cholecystolithiasis than ursodesoxycholic acid. Both drugs contain high safety, and they are worth clinical promotion and application.
