盐酸曲美他嗪治疗不稳定型心绞痛30例临床观察

Clinical observation of trimetazidine hydrochloride in the treatment of 30 unstable angina pectoris cases

目的观察盐酸曲美他嗪片治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 58例冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者,随机分为观察组(30例)与对照组(28例)。对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用盐酸曲美他嗪治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组治疗显效7例,有效21例,无效2例,总有效率为93.3%;对照组治疗显效4例,有效15例,无效9例,总有效率为67.9%。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸曲美他嗪片治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛具有很好的疗效。

Objective To observe clinical effect by trimetazidine hydroehloride in the treatment of coronary heart disease unstable angina pectoris. Methods A total of 58 patients with coronary heart disease unstable angina peetoris were randomly divided into observation group （30 cases） and control group （28 cases）. The control group received conventional therapy, and the observation group also received trimetazidine hydroehloride for treatment. Curative effects were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group had 7 excellent cases, 21 effective cases and 2 ineffective cases, with total effective rate as 93.3%. The control group had 4 excellent cases, 15 effective cases and 9 ineffective cases, with total effective rate as 67.9%. The observation group had higher total effective rate than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Trimetazidine hydrochloride tablets provides excellent curative effect in treating coronary heart disease unstable angina pectoris.
