供给侧改革引领专业学位研究生培养新模式——以南京工程学院“电气工程领域”为例

A Case Study of Professional Postgraduate Students Cultivation Mode with Supply-side Structural Reform

结合南京工程学院"电气工程领域"实际情况,围绕高等教育供给侧改革的需求,着重探讨服务特需人才创新培养模式。从教学模式的创新、多元协同打造师资队伍、深度融合、构建实践平台等方面阐述了南京工程学院近年来在专业学位研究生教育中的特点和经验,为进一步做好工程类专业学位研究生教育提供可借鉴的模式。

Based on the practical situation of the Department of Electrical Engineering of Nanjing Institute of Technology, this paper mainly discusses the cultivation mode of special innovative talents considering the need of supply-side structural reform of higher education. It illustrates the characteristics and experiences of its professional postgraduate students cultivation from such aspects as innovating teaching mode, multiple-collaboratively constructing teachers team and setting practical platform so as to be of reference for the engineering postgraduate students cultivation.
