The Waste Source Analysis and Evaluation in the Process of Tobacco Leaf Production in Luoping

为理清罗平县大水井基地烟叶生产单元现有烟叶生产流程,找准烟叶生产中可能存在的各个浪费源头,为实现烟叶精益生产提供技术与理论支撑。文章从组织形式、精准施肥及烘烤三方面入手,通过肥料用量、成本分析等方面,指出组织形式、施肥及烘烤过程存在的问题,提出相应对策。

In order to find out the process and the various waste source of tobacco leaf production in Luoping Dashuijing base, andaimed to provide technical and theoretical support in tobacco leaves lean production. This paper was analyzed on three aspects such as organization form, precision fertilization and baking , points out that the organization form, fertilization and the problems existing in thebaking process by analysis of fertilizer application, costs and other factors, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
