发达国家外语能力标准比较研究与我国外语能力标准构建

A comparative study of foreign language proficiency standard and development of China's foreign language proficiency standard

构建外语能力标准是落实我国外语教育改革和发展规划的重要举措。本文比较分析了发达国家外语能力标准的案例例证模式、连续性尺度模式和成就图模式,论证了研制我国外语能力标准的必要性,并提出了外语能力标准研制的总体框架。我国外语能力标准研制可按照"能力标准理论研究、发达国家外语能力标准的比较研究、外语能力标准构建"的思路推进。

Foreign language proficiency standard is of great significance for China＇s foreign language education and reform. This paper compares and analyzes three modes of foreign language proficiency standard in developed countries： the case example model, performance level mode and achievement chart pattern. It then demonstrates the necessity of developing foreign language proficiency standard in China, and puts forward a framework for standard development, including theoretical research of language proficiency standard, comparison of foreign language proficiency standard and development of China＇s foreign language proficiency standard.
