补益营卫方对衰老皮肤表皮角蛋白K19的影响研究

Effect of Recipe of Supplementing Ying-wei on keratin 19 of skin epidermis aging

目的观察补益营卫方对衰老小鼠表皮角蛋白(Keratin,K)K19的影响,探讨补益营卫方延缓皮肤衰老的机制。方法以自然衰老小鼠为研究对象,制备冰冻切片,应用免疫荧光法观察补益营卫方对衰老皮肤表皮K19表达的影响。结果衰老小鼠皮肤表皮中K19的表达水平较年轻小鼠明显下调,两者之间有显著差异(P<0.05)。应用补益营卫方高、中、低剂量组处理后,可显著提高K19在衰老表皮的表达,与老龄模型组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),中、低剂量组较高剂量组为高(P<0.01)。结论补益营卫方通过促进衰老皮肤表皮K19的表达,起到延缓皮肤衰老作用。

Objective To discuss the mechanism of Recipe of Supplementing Ying - wei on a keratin 19 of skin epidermis aging. Methods The natural mice skin were used as the studied cells and preparation of frozen section. Using immunofluorescence tech- nique to observe Supplementing Ying - wei on K19 expression of aging skin epidermis. Results The expression of K19 in the mice aging skin level was lower than young mice, there are significant difference supplementing （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Ying - wei middle dose group and low dose group are significant improve on K19 ,compared with the aged group there are statistically significant（P 〈 0. 05 ）. But supplementing Ying - wei groups high group and aged group have no significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion - Supplementing Ying - wei cart promoting K19 of skin epidermis aging.
