摘要
目的 建立通络醒脑泡腾片中4种成分的含量测定方法。方法 采用反相高效液相法(RP-HPLC),分析柱:Wondasil C18-WR色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.5%磷酸水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速控制在1.0ml/min,检测波长为280nm,柱温35℃。结果 阿魏酸、黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷、藁本内酯线性范围分别为1.79~16.10ng、95.30~857.66ng、18.31~164.76ng、13.52~121.65ng;加样回收率分别为93.07%(RSD=1.18%)、101.64%(RSD=0.89%)、100.32%(RSD=0.98%)、95.59%(RSD=2.25%)。结论 所建立的方法简便,准确,快速,可用于通络醒脑泡腾片的质量控制。
Objective To develop an HPLC method for the determination of 4 ingredients in Tongluoxingnao effervescent tablets. Methods The sample was separated on Wondasil C18 -WR (250mm × 4.6mm , 5μm) ; with CH3OH-0.5% Phosphoric acid solution by gradient elution; flow rate: 1.0ml/min; UV detection wavelength was at 280nm; column temperature was at 35℃. Results The concentration of Ferulic acid, Baiealin, Wogonoside, Ligustilide in Tongluoxingnao effervescent tablets within 1.79 ~ 16.10ng,95.30 ~ 857.66ng, 18.31 ~ 164.76ng, 13.52 ~ 121.65ng were in a good linear relationship, the average recovery was 93.07 % (RSD = 1.18 % ), 101.64% (RSD = 0.89% ), 100.32 % (RSD = 0.98 % ), 95.59% (RSD = 2.25 % ). Conclusion It was a simple, sensitive and good repeatability method and could be used to control the quality of Tongluoxingnao effervescent tab- lets.
