摘要
针对小城市公交发展特点,在有限的公共交通资源下,提出可行的线路调整和运营优化方案,对于提高公交服务水平、缓解公交企业运营困难具有重要意义。引入"诊断指标标准值"的概念,提出一种从系统全局角度按照"先主后次、滚动推进、不断优化"的公交线网优化调整方法。以衢州市为例,通过对IC卡、公交出行OD调查数据进行分析,对公交系统存在的主要问题进行总结分析,确定需要进行线路优化调整的对象,结合逐条线路布局与运营优化技术和方法,形成近期优化调整方案。同时,对方案实施层面进行设计,制定实施计划,验证方法的可行性、有效性。
According to the characteristics of public transit in small cities , a public transit optimization method for small cities with the limited public transportation resources is meaningful ,w hich can improve the public transportation service level and relieve the operation difficulties of bus companies .This paper introduces the concept of diagnostic criteria values ,and puts forward a bus line optimization method of main first , rolling forward ,constantly optimize from a perspective of system .Then ,based on the analysis of IC card data ,bus trip OD survey data ,this paper analyzes the main problems of bus system , and determines the objects that need to be optimized ,then puts forward a recent optimized adjustment scheme of bus lines in Quzhou .In addition ,this paper designs an implementation plan and verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of this method .
