米非司酮在子宫肌瘤剔除术后治疗中的应用分析

Analysis of the application of Mifepristone in the treatment of uterine myoma after myomectomy

目的 探讨和分析米非司酮在子宫肌瘤剔除术后治疗中的应用效果。方法 选取2013年5月-2015年12月本溪市中心医院收治的168例子宫肌瘤患者作为研究对象,按照患者手术顺序分为A组（84例）和B组（84例）。两组患者在子宫肌瘤剔除术后给予常规治疗和护理,A组患者加用米非司酮进行治疗。比较两组患者的孕激素水平、不良反应情况和复发情况。结果 A组患者的卵泡刺激素、雌二醇及孕酮水平优于B组,差异均有统计学意义（t=12.366,19.730、18.944,P=0.000、0.000、0.000）。A组患者不良反应的总发生率明显低于B组,差异有统计学意义（χ^2=5.929,P=0.015）。A组患者复发率低于B组,差异有统计学意义（χ^2=8.974,P=0.003）。结论 米非司酮在子宫肌瘤剔除术后治疗中的应用效果明显,有效地改善了患者的孕激素水平,减少了不良反应的发生,并降低了患者的复发率,值得临床推广。

Objective To discuss and analyze the application of Mifepristone in the treatment of uterine myoma after myomeetomy.Methods 168 patients with hysteromyoma from May 2013 to December 2015 in our hospital were selected as the research subject,and they were divided into group A （84 cases） and group B （n=84） according to the operation sequence,patients of the two groups were given routine therapy and nursing,patients of the group A were treated with Mifepristone in addition.Progesterone levels,adverse reaction and recurrence of patients were compared between the two groups.Results Levels of follicle-stimulating hormone,estradiol and progesterone of patients in group A were better than those of the group B,the differences of statistical significance （t=12.366,19.730,18.944,P：0.000,0.000,0.000）.The overall incidence of adverse reaction in the group A was lower than that of the group B,the difference of statistical significance （χ^2=5.929,P=0.015）;the recurrence rate of patients in the group A was lower than that of the group B,the difference of statistical significance （χ^2=8.974,P=0.003）.Conclusion Application of Mifepristone after myomectomy has obvious effect,it effectively improve the level of progesterone,reduce the adverse reactions,and reduce the recurrence,worthy of clinical application.
