检查前访视在冠状动脉CT血管成像中的效果观察

Observation of the effect of pre examination on the CT angiography of coronary artery

目的 探讨冠状动脉CT血管成像检查前访视的效果。方法 选取2014年9月-2015年3月我院收治的将准备做CCTA检查的患者80例进行研究,按照随机数字表法将患者分为两组,各40例,对照组给予倍他乐克治疗,护理干预组在对照组治疗基础上加行护理干预,比较两组患者护理成功率,并由有丰富经验的放射科医师盲法评价两组患者的图像扫描质量。结果 对照组检查成功率为62.5%,护理干预组成功率为95.0%,护理干预组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。护理干预组图像质量优良率为95.0%,对照组图像质量优良率为72.5%,护理干预组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 给予患者冠状动脉CT血管成像检查前给予患者有效的护理访视干预对提高检查成功率有重要帮助,可在临床上推广应用。

Objective To investigate the coronary CT angiography before the interview results.Methods 80 patients in our hospital from September 2014 to March 2015 were ready to CCTA examination were selected,and randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group,the control group was given Metoprolol,the nursing intervention group was given nursing intervention based on the treatment in control group,two groups of nursing with the success rate,and by experienced radiologists blinded evaluation of image quality of the two groups were compared.Results The check the success rate of the control group was 62.5%,the nursing intervention group was 95.0%,the nursing intervention group was sig-nificantly higher than that of control group,there was significant difference （P〈0.05）.The rate of excellent image quality of nursing intervention group was 95.0%,the image quality excellent rate of control group was 72.5%, the nursing inter- vention group was significantly better than that of control group,there was significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The patients with coronary artery CT angiography for patients before effective nursing visit intervention to improve the success rate of the examination is very helpful,it can be applied in clinic.
