D型与双C型车架材料力学性能对比

摘要 矿车动态用计算可以采用D级路面或者更恶劣的路况进行多体动力学模拟,但在矿车众多构件的动态参数无法准确获得,动态计算只能作为一种参考,并且用等效静态载荷的方式施加,即要在前减振器上施加阻尼力。为了深入分析矿车车架应力分布,根据矿用自卸车设计中的分析需求和目前车架分析水平,本文重点对比D型与双C型车架材料力学性能。
