新型低压开关接地线固定装置的研制

配电低压开关接地线是供电所配电运维人员最常用的工器具之一,用于在低压线路停电检修时,将低压开关出线端保护接地,以保障现场工作人员的人身安全。然而,在实际生产现场,因为低压配电箱的空间有限,经常会出现低压接地线安装困难或无法安全安装的问题。本文为解决上述问题,研制了一种新型的低压接地线辅助固定装置,在操作空间条件最严苛的情况下,都可以有效加大操作空间,将安装的低压接地线金属部分与邻近带电部分的距离提升至安全距离以上,同时使安装低压接地线的工作更加方便容易。

Low-voltage grounding line is one of the most commonly used instruments for power substation distribution operations staff. Usedwhen low voltage line outage overhaul, the low pressure protective earthing switch oudet end, in order to ensure the personal safety of attendants. At the scene of the actual production, however, because of the low voltage distribution box space is limited, often appear low-voltage grounding line installation difficulties or security issues. In order to solve the above problems, this paper developed a new type of low-voltage grounding line auxiliary fixture, the most severe cases, the condition of operating space can effectively increase the operating space, will be installed low-voltage grounding line metal parts with neighboring charged part of the distance to a safe distance above, and make the work more convenient installation of low-voltage grounding line easily.
