摘要
传统企业互联网转型已是大势所趋,融入价值网商业模式是传统企业互联网转型的途径之一,人才在这一过程中扮演着十分重要的作用。新的价值创造模式和人力资源环境对企业人力资源管理和人力资源部门提出了变革的要求。本文运用战略性的人力资本分析模型(HC Bridge)对海尔集团人力资源变革进行了案例分析,梳理出海尔人力资源变革路径并对其变革的效果进行了讨论。案例分析结果一方面为其他转型中的企业提供了借鉴,另一方面丰富了该模型在实践中的运用。
Traditional enterprises' internet transformation has become a trend, value net business is one way of transforming the traditional business, talent plays an important role in this process. The new value creation model and human resource environment require human resource management and HR department to make some changes. In this paper, we have conducted a case study to show the pathways of human resource transformation in Haler and discuss its outcomes by using a strategic human capital analysis model-- HC Bridge. The case study' s results provide a reference for other companieg in human resource transition, meanwhile enriches the model in practice use.
