摘要
本文通过对中国216家美资企业在华研发机构的调查,利用因子分析等方法对其在华设立研发机构的战略动因及演化模式进行了实证分析。结果显示:美资企业在华设立研发机构的战略动因可以分为市场拓展与资源整合型、技术及机会探寻型、产品改进与技术支持型以及全球产品开发型;美资在华研发机构对中国创新主体的技术溢出明显受其在华研发战略的影响,不同的战略动因导致其与中国本土创新主体的技术合作方式有明显差异。
Based on the survey of 216 R&D institutions of US enterprises in China, we used the methods of factor analysis to study the R&D strategy of origination and evolution. The results shows that the R&D strategic motivation can be divided into four types : market development and integrated resources, technology and the opportunity to explore, product improvement and technical support as well as the global product development. The technology spillover between R&D institution of American enterprise and Chinese innovation organi- zation would be limited obviously because of the R&D strategy motivation.
