摘要
针对低渗透油田采出水处理中常规精细过滤出水不能稳定满足回注水水质要求的问题,提出了在现有预处理技术的基础上,利用超滤替代精细过滤。结果表明,经过超滤装置处理后出水含油量平均为0.13 mg/L,悬浮物含量平均为0.67 mg/L,悬浮物固体直径中值平均为0.85μm,出水水质较好,且跨膜压差未出现明显增长。经计算,装置的运行费用约为0.3元/m^3。可见,该工艺具有较强的适应性和明显的技术优势。
In order to deal with the problem that the effluent from conventional fine filtration can- not meet the reinjeetion water quality requirements steadily in the treatment of low permeability oilfield produced water, an uhrafiltration (UF) process based on the existing pretreatment teehnology was de- signed to replace the existing fine filtration process. The results indicated that the average oil content and suspended substance in the effluent treated by UF were 0. 13 mg/L and 0. 67 mg/L, respectively. The average value of suspended substance solid diameter was 0.85 μm and the effluent quality was good. Mo- reover, the transmembrane pressure did not increase significantly, and the operation cost of the equip- ment was about 0. 3 yuan/m3. It is concluded that this novel UF process has the strong adaptability and significant technology advantages.
