摘要
采用文献研究法、实地调研法等方法,从创意经济理论出发,探讨如何开发新疆民族传统体育文化资源。首先,对文化创意、创意产业、民族传统体育文化资源的创意开发等概念和西方创意产业发展模式进行厘清与分析;其次,以新疆民族传统体育文化资源为具体研究对象,目前,它的开发主要是以竞技表演、健身娱乐、节事旅游这三种形式为主,同时剖析了在实际开发中存在的问题及背后具体原因,由此提出了应从转变职能方式,加强服务指导、扩大融资渠道,集聚产业发展、培养创意开发人才,激活创造力的创意开发战略来破解实际困境;最后,试图从文化产品设计——TAI模式视角寻求新疆民族传统体育文化产品的具体创意设计。
This article used the methods of literature material and field survey, etc. From the theory of creative econo- my, to explore how to develop minority traditional sports culture resources in Xinjiang. At first, the concept of cultural creativity, creative industry and creative development of minority traditional sports culture resources and western cre ative industry development model were clarified and analyzed. Secondly, this paper taked minority traditional sports culture resources in Xinjiang as the object of empirical study, and it mainly had taken three forms of development which were sport performance, fitness and entertainment, festival tourism. And then analyzed the actual problems and specific reasons. When it was in the exploitation, this paper proposed a creative development strategy to solve the ac- tual problems that transformed functional mode and strengthened guidance service, expanded the channels of the in- vestment and centralized industrial development,cultivated talents of the creative development,activated creativity. At last,this paper attempted through the cultural product design theory ,TAI mode , explored the specific product crea- tive design of minority traditional sports culture resources in Xinjiang.
