我国优秀运动员组织压力源的现状与对策分析

Current Situation and Countermeasures Analysis on Organizational Stressor of Elite Athletes in China

采用《运动员组织压力源量表》对我国692名优秀运动员进行调查,分析我国优秀运动员组织压力源的特点,并结合方差分析进一步探讨运动员组织压力源在各人口统计学变量上的差异特征(性别、年龄、项目类型、技术等级)。通过对我国优秀运动员组织压力源的现状分析,充分了解当前我国优秀运动员在体育组织环境中所面临的主要组织压力和问题,并掌握其在各人口学变量中的发展趋势。最后,针对运动员所面临的各类组织压力源,提出相应的管理对策。

Using Organizational Stressor Indicator for Sport Performers （OSI--IP）, the author investigated 692 Chi- nese elite athletes and analyzed the characteristics of organizational stressors and burnout. Differences between differ- ent demographic variables of organizational stressors were discussed, including gender, age, type of sport events and skill level. We can know the major organizational stress and problems faced by elite athletes in sports organization and master the development trend in the demographic variables. It put forward corresponding management strategies for various organizational stressors faced by athletes.
