摘要
在液压万能试验机的使用中,由于其使用性能及效率相对较低,因而需要通过科学的设计和改造措施来提升设备的使用效率。本文主要探究液压万能试验机的设计和改造,主要介绍上位机、OPC Server和下位机的设计和改造,希望通过本文的探究,在液压万能试验机的设计中,可以合理的引进PLC技术以及人机界面技术。
In the use of hydraulic universal testing machine, because of its performance and efficiency is relatively low, so it is necessary to improve the efficiency of equipment through scientific design and reconstruction measures. This paper mainly explores the hydraulic universal testing machine design and renovation, mainly introduces the design and reconstruction of upper computer, OPC Server and lower computer, hoping this study can provide reliable advice for the reasonable application offPLC technology and human-computer interface technology in the design of hydraulic universal machine.
