摘要 针对自起动永磁电动机在油田中应用出现起动困难问题,结合自起动永磁电动机自身的起动特性和油田变压器容量低这一特定的应用场合,自起动永磁电动机较大的起动电流会导致低容量变压器产生较大的变压器电压降,影响电动机起动性能的发挥。有必要研究自起动永磁电动机起动对变压器电压降的影响,利用场路耦合联合仿真法,在考虑变压器电压降的情况下对电动机的起动性能进行了分析,分析了电机设计参数对其带载起动能力的影响,并通过实测数据进行了验证。根据研究可得变压器电压降对电动机的牵入能力影响较小,在设计的时候可侧重提高其起动转矩,研究结果对油田类负载变压器容量的选择和电动机的选用具有参考价值。 Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to start some of the line-start PMSM in the application of oil field, according to the starting characteristics of line-start PMSM and the specific application of oil field with low capacity transformer, the larger starting current of the line-start PMSM through low capacity transformer, will result in larger transformer voltage drop, which may affect the starting performance of the motor. It is necessary to study the impact from the starting of the line-start PMSM to the voltage drop of transformer, using field-circuit coupled co-simulation method, the starting performance of the motor was analyzed by considering the voltage drop of the transformer, and the impact of motor' s design parame- ters to its ability of starting with load was analyzed, and verified by the measured data. According to the research, the voltage drop of transformer has little influence on motor~ pull-in ability, the starting torque of the motor is improved, and the research results has a certain reference value to the selection of trans- former' s capacity and the choice of motor used in oil field.
