经济发展与权力错配——基于当前中国公务员行政伦理失范成因的探究

Economic Development and Authority Mismatch:Based on the Research of Reason for Contemporary Chinese Civil Servants' Administrative Ethics Mistake

为了使当前我国经济建设能够更好地实现,经济发展与权力错配之间的矛盾亟需解决。基于这一困境,从当前中国公务员行政伦理失范产生的原因这一视角展开,从传统文化、体制机制建设和行政主体三个方面展开深入研究,最终发现:传统文化视域下权力的错配造成经济发展的异化性特征;体制机制视域下权力的错配阻碍服务经济发展;行政主体视域下权力的错配形成狭隘的经济发展。

For a better realization of China＇s contemporary economic construction,the contradiction between economic development and authority mismatch must be solved immediately. Based on the dilemma,this present paper aims to make an analysis from the perspective of reasons for contemporary Chinese civil servants＇ administrative ethics mistake,further develops from traditional culture,system and mechanism construction and administrative subject,and finally finds that： the mismatch under the view of traditional culture causes the disassimilation features of economic development,the mismatch under the view of system and mechanism blocks to serve the economic development,the mismatch under the view of administrative subject makes narrowed economic development.
