摘要 南宁万科大厦北楼采用下部剪力墙-上部框架剪力墙(带桁架转换)的结构体系,首层落地斜墙建筑造型新颖,施工难度大.本文主要围绕这种特殊高落差倾斜劲性型钢混凝土剪力墙结构施工过程不同时变边界条件下的模拟结果分析,合理确定分五段浇筑混凝土施工方案,同时重点介绍了落地斜墙"钢结构支撑+钢管脚手架支撑"模板支撑体系中三角墙及斜墙和雪糕筒斜墙支模架搭设控制要点.研究结果表明,该工程高支模施工技术方案安全可靠,满足工程质量与规范要求,对类似工程的高支支模体系设计有所裨益. North building of Nanning Wanker Building uses the structural system of the lower shear wall and the upper frame shear wall(with the truss conversion). Architectural modeling of the first floor sloping wall is novel and the construction is difficult. This paper mainly analyzed the simulation results under different boundary conditions when this construction process of the special high drop inclined steel reinforced concrete shear wall structure is not the same. The construction scheme of concrete pouring is reasonably determined into five sections. At the same time, the control points of triangle wall, inclined wall and ice cream cone inclined wall formwork in steel structure support and steel scaffolding support formwork support system of floor inclined wall is introduced. The research results show that the engineering construction of high formwork technology scheme is safe and reliable and meets the engineering quality and specifications, and benefits the design of high formwork system of similar engineering.
