The application of SLP in food industry's multi-floor plant layout optimization

针对食品行业生产过程的特殊性,应用SLP方法对多层厂房的生产车间进行布局优化.介绍了多层厂房布局优化的一般方法和步骤;并以某市糕点厂为例,结合企业的实际情况依据楼层划分方法确定了各楼层的作业单位,在此基础之上再利用SLP方法对单楼层进行布局优化;最后,得到了多层厂房的优化布局方案,解决了食品生产企业现存的作业单位之间冷热相互影响和嘈杂干扰严重以及物流运输线路的迂回和重复的问题.

Considering the particularity of the food industry production process, the Systematic Layout Planning（SLP） is used for the optimization of the multi-floor plant＇s production layout. First, the general method and procedure of the multi-floor plant＇s layout optimization are introduced. Second, the method of the floor division is applied in a pastry plant as an example. Combined with the actual situation of the plant, the operation units on each floor are determined. Then SLP is reused to the layout optimization on every floor. Finally, the optimized layout solution of the multi-floor pastry plant is obtained, which solves the existing problems effectively.
