A practical path for implementing the“Healthy China 2030”Scheme

"健康中国2030"规划纲要作为建设健康中国的行动纲领已经发布,但是其政策落地还需进一步细化行动方案,真抓实干。文章采用目标管理法对"健康中国2030"规划纲要的内容进行分解,以"将健康融入所有政策"为契机,提出"健康中国2030"规划纲要的具体实施路径。

＂Healthy China 2030＂has been released as a scheme of action for building a healthy nation. However,it needs to be specified so as to become practical plans. As a positive response to the＂Health in All Policies＂call,the paper uses the Management by Objectives to translate the scheme and puts forward a specific path for implementing the＂Healthy China 2030＂scheme.
