胃黏膜上皮内瘤变发病机制的研究进展

A summary of the development of the study on the pathogenesis of gastric mucosal epithelial neoplasia

胃癌(gastric cancer,GC)是最常见的癌症和癌症相关死亡的最常见原因之一。胃黏膜上皮内瘤变(gastric intraepithelial neoplasia,GIN)作为GC的癌前病变,是早期发现干预并防控GC发生的重要阶段。文章就近年来GIN的发病机制的研究进展,包括分子遗传学水平相关基因、蛋白、酶等进行综述,以便于临床医师对GIN患者进行更精准的诊断、密切的监测及有效的干预。

Gastric cancer（ GC） is a commonplace cancer and a usual cause of death. As the precancerous lesion of GC,gastric intraepithelial neoplasia（ GIN） is a very important stage in which we can discover,intervene,prevent and control the development of GC. To make more accurate diagnosis,close monitoring and effective intervention for GIN patients,we summarized the progress of the study on pathogenesis of GIN,with a focus on the studies on molecular genetics related genes,proteins,enzymes,etc.
