摘要
箱型钢柱作为钢框架结构最常用的柱截面形式,往往在钢框架结构形成后通过对箱型钢柱内浇灌高强度混凝土而增强钢柱的承载力及稳定性,且钢柱内混凝土良好的密实度也对钢柱的耐腐蚀性有较大的帮助。文章以实际案例为背景,分析采用高抛法现场浇筑箱型钢柱内混凝土的施工条件及施工要点,自密实高强混凝土材料配比要求,以及浇筑的现场组织、质量保证及技术措施,为同类型项目钢柱内混凝土浇灌提供参考。
The steel box column as the column section type steel frame structure is the most commonly used, which is helpful in enhancing bearing capacity and stability of steel columns, the compactness of concrete in steel column, as well as keeping good corrosion resistance of the steel column n the form of steel frame structure through the steel box column in the pouring of high strength concrete . Based on the actual case, the analysis of construction conditions and construction points of high cast steel box column in cast-in-place concrete, self compacting high strength concrete material requirements, and on-site organization, pouring quality assurance and technical measures, provides a reference for the project of the same type in steel column and concrete.
