摘要
文章从反应器有机负荷冲击、微量金属元素缺乏或过多、温度骤降三方面,探讨EGSB反应器处理啤酒废水时"酸化"问题产生的原因和恢复措施,并对EGSB系统运行过程中出现该问题的原因进行分析,采用控制进水流量、添加适量碳酸氢钠、调整处理水回流量,控制微量金属元素添加量及温度波动等方法,使EGSB厌氧消化系统恢复正常运行。
This article explores the causes of the problem of acidification EGSB reactor in treating brewery. wastewater and recovery measures, from such three aspects as the impact of organic loading of the reactor, trace element deficiency or excess, the temperature dropping. The reasons for the problems of EGSB system are analyzed. To resume normal operation of the EGSB anaerobic digestion system, some measures can be taken, such as controlling of the water flow, adding sodium bicarbonate, adjusting water back flow, control of trace metal element content and temperature fluctuations and other methods.
